Please understand that you must have 'Cookies' enabled on your device in order for you to be able to login. Cookies are your friend, and are always enabled by default, because cookies are what your device uses to allow you to login to any website. Therefore, if you are able to login to another site, as, for example, if you are able to access your email account with the device you are using to view this page, then your cookies are working, and your device is allowing cookies to be used for that other site. Perhaps the problem is that you have your caps-lock on. (Capitalization key pressed) The 'password' is lower-case, and can Not use upper-case letters. (The 'username', on the other hand, is case-insensitive. That means you can use either upper-case or lower-case letters. It does not matter for the 'username'.)

'iPad' and/or 'Safari browser' user login problems?

Someone had reported to me that she (or he) found it impossible to login into this site even though he (or she) was quite sure that she (or he) was spelling the username 'toltec' properly, and was using lower-case for the password 'toltec'.

Another login problem was related to a phone's Safari browser 'cookies', and was resolved by the person somehow adjusting the cookies to accept this site. ...or possibly deleting the cookies currently stored on a device would help.

I do not know the exact procedure for this since I have no devices that use Safari, but I found these instructions for doing it:

Click this link to instruct Safari to log you out of this site. (...even though I know you are not [or may not] actually be logged in.)
Shut-down (Exit) Safari, and then restart Safari; and try to login again.
If that did not work, I assume that clearing all your Safari cookies would do the trick.

When you clear you cookies, that means that you will have to re-enter login credentials (Username, and Password) the next time you want to access other sites for which you may at this time be automatically logged into when you visit those other sites; because your login credentials, for sites for which 'Remember me' applies to your logins, will be lost, since that login information is stored in a cookie for each site. So, just so you know ahead of time, after you clear your cookies, you can expect that the next time you visit another such site, you will, in fact, need to re-enter your login credentials for that site.
